Onboarding Integration Costs

Monthly Retainer Calculations

Administrative setup fees cover credentialing audits, secure API pipeline integration, and software configuration. These initial onboarding costs are non-refundable once system integration begins.

Percentage-based collections and monthly retainers are calculated and finalized at the close of each billing cycle. Adjustments are applied transparently to the subsequent month's invoice.

Contract Termination Protocol

Exiting a revenue cycle partnership requires structured offboarding to ensure patient data security and complete claim reconciliation. All termination requests must adhere to the notice periods defined in your master agreement.

Termination Notice Requirements

Standard contracts require a written notice period prior to the next billing cycle. This window allows our certified coding team to finalize outstanding AR recovery pipelines and transfer credentialing records securely.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your account manager. Verbal notifications are not contractually binding under HIPAA security protocols.
